Burning Capacity: 200 kg / hr Fuel to be used: Natural Gas M3/Oil Burn Rate: 45 Kgs/hr Minimum Operating Temp; 900 C Maximum Operating Temp. 1350 C Temp Monitoring / Thermostat Control / Constant Run Fan Loading system: Manual / Batch Type Control Panel dustproof , painted sheet with baked paint comprising: A circuit breaker switch for each motor ( fans and burners) .  A timer adjustable time delay for each burner control .  A regulator with a digital display for the combustion temperature .  A controller with digital display for temperature afterburner .  The electrical panel meets current standard. For removal of ash , a squeegee metal pan with handles The system must be quoted with electric panels We are looking for small incinerators with filter (with least minimum pollution) for burning/combusting 5kg/hr, 10kg/hr, 15 kg/hr, 20kg/hr, 25kg/hr to 50kg/hr and 300kg/hr of SOLID ORGANIC DRY AND WET NON-HAZARDUOUS of any kind (including hospital wastes) per day or per hour. Should it be with no smoke, no fumes, no odour (smell), no dust, no emission of solid particles and with least minimum pollution (within national and international standards). Must be environmentally healthy and acceptable with international standards. Should not be with water scrubbers. Ash contents after burning should be 3-4%. During the manufacturing and after packing, we generates some waste like, chicken bones, some fried products, vegetable waste, biscuits, chocolates (Paste), Plastics, foils, packaging materials, etc. We normally separate the organic waste to make compost. The restout need disposal. At present, we send it to landfill site. But We want to install an incinerator for such waste. The approx quantity is about 4 ton per day.   –  medical waste incinerator solutions and prices for 100 bed / 500 bed / 1000 bed / 3000 bed hospitals.                – Assumption: general hospital beds 50%, operation beds 50% for the 100 bed hospital case, while this ratio is 30-70% for the other cases    –  international standards and waste creations assumptions should apply

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MEDICAL/BIOLOGICAL WASTE  INCINERATOR It should  be  a three chambered incinerator  The load capacity of 250 kg The housing for the incinerator should be able to withstand the temperatures and other operational requirements. The chimney should have a strong refractory lining of special type of cement to withstand temperatures more than 1200oc. It should have a strong base for the machine to keep it stable, firm and secure during its operational lifespan. The primary (combustion) and the secondary (scorching) chambers to be fitted with burners for effective combustion. In the third chamber, scrubbers and precipitators will need to be installed as pollution control equipment before emission of gases into the atmosphere. A system for continuous emission Monitoring and Environmental Monitoring. A mechanism with which to treat the waste water before discharge into the sewerage system. Temperature control and monitoring devices (probe thermometer) should be availed to ensure that the right temperatures are attained in the chambers during operation. Motor (fans) sufficient to induce enough air into the combustion chambers and direct the gases towards the flue 9 chimney). High power electricity and emergency generator connection for automated ignition purposes. The chimney should be tall enough and be at least one meter above the tallest building in the vicinity. The fuel tank (industrial diesel) to be constructed next to but out side the incinerator housing for security purposes and to prevent fire hazards. Capacity of 250.
